· Led commissioned work on the Huangyan provincial-level Bay Area industrial platform survey; Taizhou 14th Five-Year plans for basic public services and social development; Huangyan public-service improvement; Yongning River innovation corridor; public-service sharing; and a two-industry integration pilot for Zhejiang Yinlun Machinery.
